Batman is a superhero who usually appears in American comic books printed by DC comics. The comic book character was first created by writer Bob Kane and artist Bill Finger and debut in the third issue of their comic book Detective Comics #ected on May 27, 1939. Batman's sidekicks are Robin and Batwoman, who do his daily missions in his identity as batman. He also has other friends like Robin Hood, Bat Girl, Batplane, Cat Woman, The Riddler, The Joker, The Phantom Menace, The Calculator, The Green Hornet, The Riddler's Daughter, Poison Ivy, The Chameleon, and The Penguin.
In The Dark Knight, written by Christopher Golden, Batman finds himself in Gotham City once again. This time though, he is Batman, not just a masked vigilante anymore but a king detective charged with stopping the city's evil villains. The story begins at the bottom of the sea where a tragic little girl named Phrina is caught drowning. An onlooker thinks she is dead but when her father's plane crashes, she survives and tells her father that she has been attacked by some sort of sharks. She tells him that she managed to get out through an opening in the water but before she can get too far, the sharks close in and attack her.
Batman then goes on to save Phrina and catches the villain responsible for her death. The two then go after the brainwashed Gotham villains and end up fighting them all. During the fight, Batman gets zapped by a Bat-shaped robot. With this done, Phrina transforms into the supercomputer known as Batgirl and is now Batman's love interest in the TV series. This is when the character of TDK Dc Comics takes place. T DK stands for Too Good To Be True and it tells a story about how Batman and Batgirl teamed up to defeat crime and save Gotham City.
There are a lot of reasons why Batman fans will like T DK. One is because it gives an opportunity for fans to see what happened between Batman and Batgirl in the past and in the future. T DK DC Comics also introduces us to other supporting characters and the villains from the DC Universe. It is more than just another one-shot story about Batman and Batgirl. It is the start of a new era for Batman.
The writers and artists in T DK DC Comics have done an amazing job in building up the characters and the plotline. They've done a great job of introducing new stories while maintaining the basic premise of Batman. It gives the readers a look into what could have happened if Batman wasn't around to help. The look and style of this comic is definitely unique. It takes the time to explain what makes Batman who he is, but it also is entertaining to read because of the fast pace and action that goes on.
For starters, there is the core four-some we've seen before in previous Batman titles, but in this one, they are joined by some new members. Two of those members are Rachel Dawes and Barbara Gordon. Rachel is the teenage girl who was presumed dead after an accident in front of an subway train. Barbara is the executive assistant to Batman and has taken on the Bat-email because she knows how important it is to be around him. The dynamic duo will get into trouble and have to overcome those hurdles to complete the quest and save the city.
The main story in T DK DC Comics involves Batman returning to Gotham City after spending some time in theistant future, which is after the events of Dark Knight Rises. He reunites with Rachel and becomes the new Robin. There is also a new villain introduced, The Joker. He is obsessed with using nerve gas and even tries to kill Batman.
The creative team for T DK DC Comics really did a great job of updating the look and feel of this newest adventure. They updated the villains and gave us some new and exciting villains to fight. They also made it a grand adventure in the city that Batman calls home. It is definitely a must read for all Batman fans and completists.
