After the destruction of mutantkind during the "X-Men: Dark Phoenix" event, the X-Men decided to create a new force of their own called the Storms. The first Storm came to the team when they were young girls, brought up by their foster family. They had strong telepathic abilities, which enabled them to communicate with each other. The Storm would go on to train many of the newer X-Men with powerful abilities such as telekinesis and pyro-magnetic radiation.
The Storm has become a long standing member of the X-Men family. She was introduced in the "Wolverine" series. Initially, she was featured in a supporting role, where she provided the illusion that Storm could do whatever she wanted by using her telepathic powers. In the " Wolverine "tease" issue, Kitty was shown to have some ability with telepathy as well as being able to see people's minds.
The most important x-men story occurs in the "Uncanny X-Men" series. In this series, Storm is made an official member of the X-Men. There she joins the resistance against Magneto, who is a villain. Storm comes into her own and consistently proves herself a valuable asset to the X-Men. She is also shown as having romantic relationships with many of the other X-Men.
She is shown as being strong in mental and emotional ways, and has displayed great skill in combat. Some of the ways in which she uses her abilities are powerful telepathic abilities, along with her ability to generate highly advanced weather patterns. Her mastery over weather allows her to create storms. Storm has also developed strong comic book ties to other X-Men such as Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Beast. All these ties help make Storm a very important part of the X-Men team. She is also a very accomplished mutant, and constantly proves herself a valuable asset to the X-Men.
Storm is an incredible mutant with many strong links to the legendary x-men. She is deeply in love with Cyclops. She wants to join the X-Men, but has many reservations due to her childhood experiences. However, when a tragic experience occurs that leaves her with a severe head trauma, Storm is ready to give up her dreams of becoming a mutant forever, and joins the resistance against Magneto.
Storm is an incredible survivor, and possesses some incredible powers. She was able to survive being buried alive for over a decade. As a result, she possesses an uncanny ability to heal wounds relatively quickly. Some of the physical changes that Storm experienced while buried alive are the same reasons why she could never remember her childhood. Because of this, Storm is able to have a very powerful mind.
Storm's greatest strength lies in her uncanny ability to do a wide variety of tasks. She was a key member of the x-men for many years, and has since become a well-known and respected mutant. Many times, she has saved the world with her powerful abilities. She sometimes does this by causing an earthquake or a hurricane, and in other cases she might save the life of a young girl who is being held prisoner on a dark ship. She is also known to be a very powerful telepath, which allows her to communicate with others with telekinesis.
The most interesting thing about Storm is that she was not a major part of the legendary x-men comic storylines throughout the seventies and the eighties. However, the late nineteen seventies was the era in which she really became well known. Many classic stories featuring Storm appeared in the classic Uncanny X-Men series. Although the story line did not delve into Storm's past, the character was definitely featured in several stories, and some of these featured her own solo series.
