Buyer's Guide: 30 Days Of Night Comic

New 30 Days Of Night Comic Book By Brian Reddington And Illustrator Tim Lebbon Is The First Half-Moon Moon Book For DC Comic

If you are looking for a gift for someone who likes to read comic books, this is the thirty days of night gift guide. There is always a fan waiting for the next big comic book release date. So it is important to make sure that the comics they like have been on the market long enough for them to grow bored with them. A fan wants to see their favorite characters every time there is a new comic released. If they are not happy with the comic that they are reading, they will go out and buy a new one. This makes the thirty day period a great time to purchase that fan's latest comic book.

The first month of the New Year has already come and went. There was no shortage of comic books available. There were more than a few comic books that hit the shelves. This was actually a good thing because it meant people were interested in what was new. People were buying the comic books because they were interested in what was happening in the world of superheroes. This is why the box office for October was so strong.

October has also turned out to be the month when some of the best superhero movies were released. Man Of Steel, Spider-Man 3 and The Wolverine were all released during October. These three movies made lots of money and there is a lot of buzz about the movie franchises. One of the most successful superhero movies of the year was The Dark Knight. Many people were excited about seeing the Batman movies and The Dark Knight offered lots of entertainment.

The New York Comic Con was also held in October. This was an exciting time to attend a convention because you could meet with publishers and other people who are involved with publishing and selling comic books. The New York Comicon has a lot of money and any comic that sold well was bound to get a big bump in its sales. October was also a good month for Wonder Woman to debut in her own comic series, which is always a hit.

Other superhero movies that played around at the New York comicon were X-Men: Days Of Future Past, Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer and Alaskan Town. These films featured lots of new characters as well as old favorites and most of them grossed a pretty large amount of money at the box office. The X-Men series is especially popular with children. Alaskan Town, which starred Anne Hathaway and Steve Martin, did not do very well at the box office but was a great comedy. It is worth noting that the second film in the franchise, X-Men: Days Of Future Past, did very well at the box office and is expected to break all sorts of records.

Finally, I will mention the second installment in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix. It wasn't as successful as the first film, but it still did a fine job of bringing in a new generation of fans while introducing new additions to the world of magic. The film adaptation of J.K. Rowling's best-selling book series is headed by none other than Alan Rickman. I'm not a huge fan of Harry Potter so I will have to wait and see if Professor Snape becomes more of a mentor like Professor Dumbledore was in the books.

Between the three major franchises that are based on the Harry Potter series, it seems as though the odds are heavily stacked against a crossover between the first two Harry Potter films. Whether this is going to happen or not remains to be seen. The chances are, however, that either one of the Harry Potter films will feature some sort of crossover between the Fantastic Four or Alaskan Town comics. Whether it will feature a Fantastic Four spinoff or just an alaskan town story is anyone's guess.

30 Days Of Night writer Brian Reddington and illustrator Tim Lebbon will be teaming up once again for an original story that promises to be even more disturbing than its last outing. The official synopsis for the book explains that "a dark force of ancient darkness has awakened, and its tentacles have spread across Britain and Europe, corrupting the human population as they go." Thirty Days Of Night gives us an idea of what we can expect from this second novelization of the hit movie franchise. I'm looking forward to seeing where the author takes the story because I really enjoyed his version of the original story. I'm also hoping that we will get a deluxe hardbound edition to the novel, which would make it easier for me to obtain, as I often feel like I'm missing out on something when I buy a non-hardbound version of a book.
